When you register a club or buy a ticket, we collect your name, email address, and date of birth. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
We use your information to run the lottery: processing entries, notifying winners, and sending confirmation emails. Club administrators can see the names of supporters who have bought tickets for their club.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Club payouts are handled via Stripe Connect. We do not store any banking or card details on our servers.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are a supporter, you can ask us to remove your entry history. If you are a club administrator, you can delete your club account from the dashboard.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
